Legal notice and terms
Who runs Frunk.tv, how to get in touch, and the terms for using it and for buying premium. Which data is processed and why is in the privacy policy, and what is kept in your browser, in the cookies page. The Spanish version prevails.
Who runs it
- Owner: Jose Morales, an individual resident in Spain who builds and runs Frunk.tv.
- Tax ID (NIF): 72185135A
- Email: hola@frunk.tv
- Point of contact for users and for the authorities (articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act): that same email, in Spanish or English.
- Where: the website frunk.tv, the Telegram bot @frunktv_bot, with its Mini App, and the Frunk.tv app for Android, downloaded from frunk.tv/en/app.
Frunk.tv is an independent project with no relation to Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. and here only says which car it is made for.
What it is and how to use it
Frunk.tv is a free website that gathers on one page for the car's browser services already on the internet. It is used without an account; only premium has one, signed in to with Telegram. Use it in good faith: do not try to overload it, get into what is not yours or use it for anything unlawful. While driving the car only lets audio play; do not operate it when it is not safe.
Every effort is made for it to work, but the free part depends on third-party services (broadcasters, stations, newspapers, directories) that may change or go down without notice.
Frunk.tv may change its content and features, stop for maintenance or stop being offered on a platform or altogether, without prior notice except for what is said about premium. None of this affects what is promised in «What already works will not become paid» or premium's «Duration».
Minors should use it under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
The Android app
The Frunk.tv app for Android (TVs, phones and tablets) belongs to the same owner and is governed by these same terms. It is distributed from frunk.tv/en/app, free and without ads.
The app neither includes nor hosts any channel: it plays the official streams straight from each broadcaster's servers, and the lists the user adds. That video and audio never go through Frunk.tv. What is said below about IPTV lists applies to the app just the same.
Third-party content
- TV and radio: Frunk.tv does not broadcast or retransmit. It shows a directory of the streams that broadcasters and stations themselves offer for free and openly on the internet (Spain's, from a catalogue of its own built from each broadcaster's official website; stations by genre and from other countries, from Radio Browser; other countries' TV, from Free-TV/IPTV), and the player requests them straight from each broadcaster's servers: they do not go through Frunk.tv. Only streams the broadcaster serves to anyone are included: no measure a broadcaster uses to limit access to its streams is bypassed, Frunk.tv does not pass itself off as its website or its player and does not strip its advertising. A stream that stops meeting this leaves the directory.
- Podcasts, audiobooks and news: episodes come from each producer, audiobooks (public domain, from LibriVox) from the Internet Archive, and for news it shows what each outlet publishes in its RSS, with a link to the original.
- IPTV and Consoles: you bring the list and the games, and they stay in your browser. Frunk.tv offers no lists, pay channels, commercial games or BIOS. Use them only with content you have the right to use. The only games it includes are free and carry their licence.
- Movies & Series: Frunk.tv provides no films or series, except its own catalogs of public-domain works and of openly licensed films (the Blender Foundation's), which play from the Internet Archive. Other catalogs are published by third parties and added by you, as is your own server or NAS: they download straight into your browser or your device, and what you watch comes from its source, without passing through Frunk.tv (see «Movies & Series catalogs»).
The rights to all of it belong to their owners. A broadcaster, station, outlet or service appearing or being linked on Frunk.tv does not mean it has any relation with Frunk.tv, or that Frunk.tv sponsors or endorses it.
Notices and takedowns
If you hold certain rights, or think something on Frunk.tv is unlawful, write to hola@frunk.tv with:
- what it is and where it is (the stream, the link or the idea, and its address or name on Frunk.tv);
- why you think it should be removed and, if it is because of your rights, which work or stream you hold them over or whom you represent;
- your name and an email to reply to, and that what you say is true.
Every notice is logged and answered within 48 hours at most. If it is well founded, the content is removed as soon as it is checked, and you are told what was done. If whoever published it (for example, on the Ideas board) can be identified, they are told the reason and can reply by the same email. Frunk.tv also removes on its own initiative what it knows does not meet these terms.
Ideas board
What is suggested on the board (frunk.tv/#/ideas, the bot or its Mini App) is not published automatically: the owner reads it first and publishes what is a proposal, an improvement or a fault of Frunk.tv. Anything unlawful, offensive, advertising, other people's personal data or unrelated to Frunk.tv is not published, and may be removed later for the same reasons. If an idea of yours is not published or is removed, write to hola@frunk.tv and you will be told why, and you can ask for a review. No automated systems are used to decide this.
Carretera (Road)
Carretera brings together open data from third parties. Frunk.tv is not its owner: it adapts it (filters, merges and translates it, without changing its meaning), shows each source's last update time next to it and uses it with the attribution each licence asks for. None of these public bodies or organisations takes part in, sponsors or endorses Frunk.tv.
- Traffic incidents: Spain's Directorate-General of Traffic, through the National Access Point (nap.dgt.es), under the Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY). Source: DGT. In Catalonia, Generalitat de Catalunya. Servei Català de Trànsit (Llicència oberta d'ús d'informació – Catalunya); in the Basque Country, the Basque Government Traffic Directorate, through Open Data Euskadi; in the city of Madrid, Madrid City Council (datos.madrid.es, CC BY 4.0).
- Chargers: the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), through the NAP (CC BY). Fuel prices: MITECO, fuel price service, with the date and time the Ministry gives. Reused under Law 37/2007 on the reuse of public sector information.
- Weather: data from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway), under NLOD 2.0 and CC BY 4.0. Frunk.tv adapts it: it matches it to the route's points and times and derives warnings and consumption from it. These are forecasts, not observations, and may be wrong.
- Speed cameras, mountain passes, place search and routes: ©
OpenStreetMap contributors, under the
ODbL 1.0. The speed cameras
(
/api/carretera/radars) and the passes (/api/carretera/passes) are databases derived from OpenStreetMap: they are offered free of charge, at those frunk.tv addresses and to anyone who asks at [email protected], under the same ODbL. Routes are calculated with Valhalla and search is Photon, on Frunk.tv's servers, from Geofabrik's OpenStreetMap extracts of Spain, Portugal and Andorra, merged unchanged, and, for routes, the default speeds of OpenStreetMapSpeeds (MIT licence). - Map: tiles from OpenFreeMap, © OpenMapTiles, data from OpenStreetMap. Drawn with MapLibre GL JS (3-clause BSD licence).
For guidance only: Carretera does not replace road signs or the instructions of the authorities, and the driver alone is responsible for how they drive. Using a screen with internet access while the vehicle is moving is prohibited except as a navigation device (art. 18 of the Spanish General Traffic Regulations): set the route up before you leave or when stopped. Incidents, speed cameras, weather forecasts, calculated times, consumption and costs, and prices may be inaccurate, incomplete or late, and whether a charger is free or working is not known. To the extent permitted by law, Frunk.tv does not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
Prices are not an offer: fuel prices are those each station reports to the Ministry, with their date, and the pump price prevails; charging prices are approximate, from each network's list price reviewed on the date shown, and the price the operator shows when you charge prevails. Frunk.tv sells neither fuel nor charging and has no relationship with the stations or the operators.
Speed cameras: the fixed, section and red-light ones that appear in OpenStreetMap. Showing their position is allowed: the Spanish Traffic Act bans radar jammers and detectors but excludes «warning devices that report the position of traffic enforcement systems» (art. 13.6 of Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015). Carretera detects no speed cameras, does not show mobile ones and does not interfere with any system.
Searches and routes: they go through Frunk.tv's servers, including your position when you start from it; they are not logged or linked to you, and the answers are only kept in memory for 5 minutes; the details are in the privacy policy. The plan you send from your phone to the car is end-to-end encrypted and held in memory for a few minutes.
Affiliate and referral links
- Accessories leads to Ojo de Lince, by the same author. Its AliExpress links are affiliate links: if you buy, the author gets a commission at no cost to you.
- Tesla referral is the author's referral link: if you buy a Tesla with it, Tesla gives the author their reward and you whatever Tesla offers at the time.
Frunk.tv carries no other ads.
Premium terms
- What it is: an extra for one car and up to 5 devices (phone, computer, TV, tablet), with what the Premium screen and Frunk.tv's Help describe (encrypted automatic backup, lists and favourites from other devices, sending games and the rest). You don't need a car: it can be used on the devices alone. The free part stays the same without it.
- What it includes and what it doesn't: premium only unlocks features of the application (the encrypted sync, themes and looks, sending games and the rest described). It neither includes nor gives access to any channel, stream or content: the channels and stations are the same with premium as without it.
- What you need: a Tesla's browser, a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) or the Android app (Android 7 or later), and a Telegram account.
- In the Android app: premium also works in the app, by signing in to your account from it. It is not sold inside the app: it is only bought in the Telegram bot.
- Price and payment: the one the bot shows before paying, in Telegram Stars, with nothing else to pay. It is a single payment, no subscription. It is paid inside Telegram, which sells Stars under its own terms.
- Who it belongs to: it is tied to your Telegram user. Each purchase is for one car and up to 5 devices; if you change cars, you move it to the new one from its screen and the previous one loses it. To buy it you must be of age or have your parents' or guardians' permission.
- Right of withdrawal: for 14 days from the purchase, as long as you have not activated it anywhere (a car or a browser), you can return it with no reason given: with /reembolso in the bot, or by writing to hola@frunk.tv with your Telegram @username and the date of purchase. A sentence like this is enough: "I withdraw from the contract of purchase of Frunk.tv premium, bought on [date], with the Telegram user [@username]". All the Stars are refunded, by the same means, within 14 days at most.
- As a gift: with /regalo in the bot you buy premium for someone else, at the same price, and get a link that works once. Whoever opens it with their Telegram becomes its owner, under these same terms. While nobody has opened it, the right of withdrawal is yours for those 14 days; once opened, it is no longer yours and cannot be returned.
- Activating it starts the service: activating it in a car or in a browser (or paying from a car's QR, which activates it right away) is expressly asking for it to start now. The bot, or the browser's Premium screen, warns you first and asks you to confirm: from then on you lose the right of withdrawal, as provided by article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m)). The bot's chat keeps the confirmation, and activating in a browser is recorded with its date.
- Guarantee: if premium does not work as described, you have the rights the law gives for digital content and services. Write to hola@frunk.tv or use /paysupport in the bot: it gets fixed, and if it cannot be, what you paid is refunded.
- What already works will not become paid: the features of Frunk.tv and its app that are free as of 16 October 2026 will remain free, and those included in premium as of that date will remain included in it, without a subscription. Subscriptions only apply to new features.
- Premium bought up to 31 October 2026: includes, at no extra cost, any subscription that comes to the Frunk.tv app, for the lifetime of the premium (see «Duration»). The day of purchase counts, in Spanish time. Premium bought from 1 November 2026 does not include it: those subscriptions are paid separately. If premium is refunded or revoked, it is lost with it.
- Tele+: what was announced as Tele+ (in the app, several channels at once on the TV and the hour-by-hour guide of the lists) will not be a subscription: it is included in every premium, whatever its purchase date.
- Half-price subscriptions with premium: anyone with an active premium pays half, rounded up, of any subscription to the Frunk.tv app, monthly or annual, for as long as they retain that premium. If you were already paying for a subscription when you get the premium, half price starts with the next period: the current one is already paid and Telegram does not allow changing the price of a running subscription (for Cine, see below).
- The connection to Tesla, from 1 November 2026: the above (included subscriptions and half price) applies to Frunk.tv's own services. It does not apply to the subscription that connects to your Tesla's data, because Tesla charges Frunk.tv for each car and month: that one is paid in full, whichever premium you have, and its price covers that connection and its upkeep. This is a change from what was announced up to 31 October. If you bought your premium before this change and do not agree, until one month after that subscription goes on sale you can ask for your premium to be refunded, even if you have already activated it, by writing to hola@frunk.tv.
- Duration: premium is provided while Frunk.tv keeps running. If it ever stopped being offered, it would be announced at least a month in advance in the bot and the Telegram group. Your data stays in the car, on your devices and in your backup.
Cine terms
Cine is Frunk.tv's subscription for Movies & Series, in the Android app and on the web (the car's browser included). It is governed by these terms and, where they say nothing, by premium's (payment in Telegram Stars, guarantee, applicable law).
The subscription is not on sale yet. Movies & Series is already open, with what is free (below, «Free, without Cine»), but the Cine subscription is not sold yet and has no price: these terms say how it will work when it comes, and its price will be told first in the bot and in the Telegram group. Meanwhile, whoever owns a premium bought up to 31 October 2026 already has Cine, paying nothing more (see above).
- What it includes: what Frunk.tv does with your own servers and in the app: more than one server of yours (Jellyfin, Emby, Plex, a NAS or a shared folder), watching them away from home (in the car's browser, on mobile data or from a network that is not your server's), downloading to the device and the glasses and external-screen modes, as the app's Cine screen describes them. Cine never charges for catalogs, Frunk.tv's or third parties', nor for AllDebrid, nor for what is in any source.
- What it does not include: any film, series or catalog. Frunk.tv sells no content nor access to it, and Cine includes no third-party catalogs: what you watch depends on the sources you add (see «Movies & Series catalogs»). Nor does it include the AllDebrid account, which is taken out and paid for separately, with AllDebrid.
- Free, without Cine, in the app and on the web: every catalog, with no limit (Frunk.tv's, with public-domain works and Blender's open films, and the ones you add by their link), your AllDebrid account and one server of yours at home: the first one you added, while the device is on the same network as the server (the server itself says so; on mobile data or in the car's browser, it is not). If the server cannot tell, it counts as at home. The servers you had already added on a device before 21 October 2026 stay free on that device, all of them and anywhere. Without Cine nothing is deleted: a server that needs it stays saved and opens as soon as you have it. What already worked on 16 October 2026 stays free or in premium (see above).
- Price and payment: the one the Telegram bot shows before paying, in Telegram Stars, for 30 days or for a year. With a premium, half, rounded up (see above). It is paid inside Telegram, which sells Stars under its own terms. It is not sold inside the app.
- Monthly: charged when you subscribe and then every 30 days, through Telegram, until you cancel. Each renewal costs the same as the first payment. The bot tells you at least 15 days before each renewal, with its date, its price and how to cancel it.
- A year: a single payment for 365 days, added to whatever you have left. It does not renew and is not charged again.
- How to cancel: whenever you like, with /cine cancel in the bot or by cancelling the subscription in Telegram. Nothing more is charged and Cine keeps working until the end of what you paid. /cine resume makes it renew again, as long as it has not run out.
- If you get a premium while subscribed: Telegram does not let a running subscription change its price, so the bot tells you and, with /cine half, stops renewing it and the day before what you paid runs out sends you the half-price link. If that premium is one bought up to 31 October 2026, Cine is already yours for life (see above): the bot stops the renewals itself and, should Telegram charge you one, gives it back.
- Right of withdrawal: for 14 calendar days from when you subscribe or pay for a year, you can withdraw without giving a reason, with /cine withdraw in the bot (or /paysupport, or by writing to hola@frunk.tv): all the Stars of that payment are refunded, the subscription stops renewing and what that payment paid for ends at that moment. Renewals open no new period.
- Online: Cine is checked with Frunk.tv's server while you use the app. Offline for more than a couple of minutes, its features stop until the connection is back: downloads stay on the device, but watching them needs the app to be able to check Cine.
- Third-party catalogs: they may change, stop working or stop opening in Frunk.tv after a rights holder's request. Frunk.tv is not answerable for them, and one disappearing or no longer opening is not a fault of Cine and gives no right to a refund. The app's features that Cine includes failing is: then you have the guarantee for digital content and services, as with premium.
- Changes: if Cine changes in a way that is to your detriment (its features or its price), it is announced at least a month in advance in the bot and you can cancel before then at no cost. Nothing changes what you have already paid.
- If Cine stops being offered: it is announced at least a month in advance in the bot and the Telegram group, unless a court or administrative order requires closing it sooner. Monthly subscriptions stop renewing, and of a year paid, the part left unused is refunded. Cine also ends for those who have it for life with a premium, who keep everything else of their premium. What you have on the device (catalogs, downloads, «Continue watching») stays on it.
Espejo
- Only with the car parked: article 18.1 of Spain's General Traffic Regulations (RD 1428/2003) treats using screens with internet access, television monitors and video players with the vehicle moving as incompatible with driving. A car stopped at a traffic light is still driving. Using Espejo is the driver's responsibility; other countries have their own rules.
- What the page does does not replace that duty: it asks in every session whether the car is parked and takes the picture off if it detects movement, but it may not detect it in time.
- It is a premium feature: the car's premium turns it on, and the phone sharing its screen pays nothing. It works only with Android and the Frunk.tv app from frunk.tv/app, for now without sound and with the phone and the car on the same network (for example, the car on the phone's wifi). It depends on the car's browser, which Frunk.tv does not control.
- What you show is up to you: Espejo gives access to no content and does not get around its protections; protected content (Netflix and similar) shows black.
- No relation to Tesla: Tesla does not take part in, sponsor or endorse Espejo.
Liability
IPTV lists: Frunk.tv does not sell, offer, host or recommend IPTV lists, and has no relation whatsoever with any provider or with any user's list. It is only a player: each user adds their own list, which is stored only in their browser (with premium, also an end-to-end encrypted copy Frunk.tv cannot read), and the video goes straight from the provider to the car, without passing through Frunk.tv. Frunk.tv does not know, control or check what any list contains. Whoever adds a list is solely responsible for it and for holding the rights needed to watch what it contains, and undertakes not to use Frunk.tv to access content without its owners' authorisation.
Movies & Series catalogs: Frunk.tv does not publish, offer, host, link to or recommend third-party catalogs, and has no relation whatsoever with whoever publishes them nor gets anything from them. Each user adds the ones they want from their link or address, as one more source, like their own server: the manifest is published and hosted by a third party, and it is stored only in the user's browser or device, the only place where it is kept, which reads it and plays what it contains straight from its source, without passing through Frunk.tv. Frunk.tv does not know, control or check what any catalog contains. Whoever publishes a catalog is answerable for it, and whoever adds it for holding the rights needed to watch what it contains, and undertakes not to use Frunk.tv to access content without its owners' authorisation. If you are a rights holder, write to hola@frunk.tv naming the catalog (its link or address) and the work. Frunk.tv answers and, where appropriate, stops opening it, also for those who have already added it, within three working days of receiving the request. The same goes for add-ons and add-on repositories (the format), which are catalogs asked for bit by bit: Frunk.tv reads their data and never runs their code, their live channels show in TV, free, like the lists, and nothing of an add-on is behind a payment. When it stops opening a repository, it also stops opening the add-ons installed from it.
Your server or NAS and your AllDebrid account: the app talks straight to your Jellyfin, Emby, Plex or NAS, and the app or the browser to AllDebrid, with your credentials, which stay on your device or in your browser. None of it goes through Frunk.tv. What you keep in them is your own business: use them only with content you have the right to watch.
Frunk.tv is not liable for third-party content it links to or that plays from its source, unless it knows it is unlawful and does not remove it, as set out in articles 16 and 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Intellectual property
Frunk.tv's code, design and texts belong to its owner. Third-party trademarks, logos, streams and content belong to their owners. The included free games are distributed under their licences, shown with each one.
Frunk.tv is for personal, non-commercial use. Exploiting, reselling or redistributing Frunk.tv, its channel catalogue, its code or its texts, in whole or in part, requires the owner's prior written permission.
Applicable law and complaints
Spanish law applies, without taking away the protection that the rules of your country of residence give you where they cannot be set aside by contract. First of all, write to hola@frunk.tv: almost everything gets sorted that way. As a consumer you can also complain to the consumer office and the courts where you live. Frunk.tv is not bound by any alternative dispute resolution body.
Changes to these terms
This version is dated 1 November 2026. If they change, the new one is published here with its date and, if it affects premium, announced in the bot. A purchase is governed by the terms of its date, and what is promised in «What already works will not become paid» and in «Premium bought up to 31 October 2026» is not taken away in any later version. Earlier versions are kept and sent to whoever asks.
