Delete your Frunk.tv account

How to delete your account of Frunk.tv, the website and Android app by Jose Morales, what is deleted and what is kept. The account is the Frunk.tv Premium one, signed in to with Telegram: without it, Frunk.tv keeps nothing of yours on its server.

How to delete it

In any of these three ways:

1. In the Frunk.tv app for Android: Settings → Account → Delete my account, and confirm.
2. On the website: open frunk.tv/cuenta, sign in with your Telegram, press «Delete my account», at the foot of the page, and confirm.
3. By email: write to hola@frunk.tv from any address, giving your Telegram @username. It is deleted within a month and we confirm it to you.

What is deleted

At once, from Frunk.tv's server:

• Every device signed in to the account, with its keys.
• Everything synced from your cars and devices: backups of your lists and favourites, pending changes, sync keys and recovery code.
• The Telegram bot's pending notices.
• Your profile: Telegram name and @username.
• Your name on the ideas you suggested on the board (the ideas stay, without a name).

The car or browser your premium is in loses its activation.

What is kept, and why

Your purchases: what you bought, when, how many Stars and your Telegram user number as the buyer. Commercial law requires them, and they are kept for six years, activated in no car; after that they are deleted automatically. That is why, if you sign in again with the same Telegram, they are still yours and you can activate them again.

What is in the car's browser, on your devices or in the app is not on the server: it goes with «Delete data» in Frunk.tv or by uninstalling the app.
